Friend of the show, Mike Melia (https://workplaylove.org/) joins us to pick up on our chat about protesting from last year. His observations on the events leading up to the current round of demonstrations are very insightful. He makes the case that there is a real groundswell of sincere change that is finally possible for the first time. Mike is a businessman and philanthropist who puts his money where his mouth is. Along with family members Kim Melia and Steve Melia, they started an orphanage in Guatemala, which educates and houses orphans just outside Guatemala City.
