American history and military justice expert Chris Bray discusses the history of military and civil justice in the U.S. A veteran, he has written for the likes of Salon.com and the Washington Post and his second book, The U.S. Naval Institute on Military Justice is out now. Chris holds a PhD in American History from the Claremont Graduate School.
