talk about the alarming rate of how black, brown and the poor are
jailed. He references a study he conducted in the 80s, working at
WBZ in Boston. Here, he interviewed prisoners and found out about
the inner workings of jails in this country, with reasons for the
highest recidivism rate in the world. Wil is also a working actor,
