Christina Tobin talks about her landmark decision against UCLA. She touched on it during her last visit but the case was still pending. She gets into how the administration; from Dean Robert Naples on down, acted in bad faith against the basic right of free speech. She also gets into the events that are coming up in the new year and where the organization has been. Since 2009, Ms. Tobin is the founder of Free and Equal Elections ( and has done everything from canvassing for candidates to hosting all-inclusive gubernatorial, Presidential and senatorial debates, including the 2008, 2012, and 2016 Presidential debates moderated by such luminaries as Pulitzer Prize Winning Journalist Chris Hedges, Broadcast Legend Larry King, Thom Hartmann of Free Speech TV, and Emmy Award Winning Actor Ed Asner.
