Dr. Jocabed Marquez comes in to talk about gentrification and the
overlooked pitfalls of excessive development. She discusses her
challenges with elected office, the city’s issues with the state as
a whole and some of the things that can be done but are hamstrung
at the state level. Dr. Marquez chats about the so-called ethics
charges brought against her because someone basically got their
feelings hurt. Yes, it’s that easy these days! This is a great show
